What are the exchange and refund policy?

1) In-store purchase

a) Refund

All items sold are non-refundable. We do not accept the return of items when an incorrect purchase or change of mind after receiving the items. 

b) Exchange

We do offer a one time, 7-day exchange policy subject to terms and conditions:
  • Please ensure items are in original packaging and sellable condition with original receipt.
  • We will be checking the item condition and it will be subjected to the followings: unopened, unused and unscratched. 

    Exchange and refund are not applicable for sale items.

    1) Online purchase

    a) Refund

    All items sold are non-refundable. We do not accept the return of items when an incorrect purchase or change of mind after receiving the items. Kindly review your cart upon checking out.

    b) Exchange

    We do offer a one time, 7-day exchange policy subject to terms and conditions:

    • Kindly send your name and order number to hello@monoyono.com within 7 days from receipt or collection.
    • Please ensure items are in original packaging and sellable condition with original receipt.
    • We will be checking the item and subjected to the followings: unopened, unused and unscratched
    • To exchange item of same or higher value. No refund of the difference in price if exchanged item is lower than the original item. 

    Exchange and refund are not applicable for sale items.
