Retail Manager

 

  • Oversee the daily store operations
  • Achieve the sales target objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service at all levels and maintain strong relationship and loyalty with customers
  • Ensure all store activities live up to standards (garment presentation, sales activities, campaigns, stocks and follow-ups)
  • Coordinate with staff and store manager for store displays
  • Recruit, train and develop employees, and provide succession planning for everyone in your team

 

Retail Executive (FT/PT)

 

  • Attend to customers' needs and enquires
  • Direct and advise customers by suggesting and providing information on products.
  • Document sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
  • Undertake all administrative and cash register work necessary to commence or complete daily store operation.
  • Monitor stock levels and perform regular stock checks.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing sales target.
  • Carry out basic upkeeping of the display items
  • Basic housekeeping and administrative duties

     

    Marketing Intern

     

    • To support the Marketing team in managing social media accounts
    • Manage content updates and highlights to share
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop campaigns
    • Creation of Marketing presentation documents and sales materials
    • Using of photoshop/illustrator for any minor design work
    • Other administrative and execution work in promotions, events and social media follow-up & collaterals
    • Other ad-hoc duties assigned
